Where do you ship from?

Every order ships straight from our Jacksonville, FL headquarters — the heart of where all our products are imagined, formulated, and crafted by hand. We’re proud to oversee every step of the process, from sourcing each ingredient to perfecting the final blend, ensuring that what arrives at your door reflects our passion for quality and care.

Shipping Policy - the basics

We offers FREE Standard Shipping on all US merchandise orders (excluding taxes and select states) over $99 after any promotions or offers are applied. Standard Shipping orders are processed within 1-3 business days, depending on product availability. We cannot guarantee a date of arrival with our Standard shipping option and orders typically take 1-7 business days to arrive once they have been processed and shipped out. International customers receive free shipping with all orders $200 and over. International customers - shipping may vary based on location.

What if I received an order with broken/missing items?

Please contact Customer Service at Loveglowskin123@gmail.com as soon as possible after receiving your package. If a broken or missing item is approved for replacement, the replacement order must be shipped to the original address and cannot be redirected. We’re unable to replace or refund items reported outside our 30-day return/exchange period or without a photo showing the damage or missing product. Items that arrive damaged or appear to have a formula issue must be returned to our facility for inspection by our quality team before a replacement can be issued.
