Return and Refund Policy

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 30 days of delivery for assistance. To qualify for a replacement, we require a photo of the damaged item and packaging. Once reviewed and approved, we’ll arrange for the item to be returned to our facility for inspection by our quality team before sending a replacement or refund. Please allow 4-7 Business days after we receive the item for the refund to be processed. 

Can I exchange my item for something else?

Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges on any item.
